TWC continues to prioritize support for child care professionals to continue their education. We will be reprocuring for an entity to administer our Early Childhood Professional Development Scholarships (ECPDS) program, to assist child care professionals with the attainment of a Childhood Development Associate (CDA) credential, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree, as well as to support participation in child care registered apprenticeship programs. TWC expects to release a Request for Applications (RFA) in December 2025, with a new grant start date in June/July 2026.
